Drawcard offers team headshot photography and personal branding sessions tailored to your goals and audience. The process is relaxed, and designed to easily fit into your schedule. Each session is planned with purpose - from understanding how your images will be used to creating portraits that feel natural, confident, and on-brand.

    Studio headshots

    Studio-style headshots can be set up directly at your workplace, requiring only a 3 × 3 m space. This is an ideal solution for larger teams, providing consistency while keeping things convenient. With flexible lighting options, we can create a range of looks to suit your organisation’s style. Backdrops are also customisable - from classic black, white, or grey to virtually any colour tint you’d like.

    Outdoor headshots

    Outdoor headshots, whether set against natural surroundings or an urban backdrop, are a great way to bring warmth and individuality to your image. Each headshot is carefully and naturally edited, ensuring you look your best while remaining yourself.

    A full personal branding session delivering a versatile range of headshots. Designed for business owners and professionals who need a strong visual profile. We plan the shoot around your specific industry and role to deliver a mix of warm head shots that reflect you personality and position. This session builds a polished asset library ready for website bio pages, media features, and a wide range of marketing materials.

    • Time on-site: 2 hours (Allows for wardrobe adjustments and varied locations)

    • Deliverables: 15 final edited photos (Each delivered in both color and black-and-white)

    • Selection: Curated online digital gallery

    • Additional photos: $45 ex. GST each

    • Licensing: Unlimited single business commercial license for corporate marketing, print, and digital profiles

    4 persons Base | $750 ex. GST

    We set up a mobile studio at your workplace to update your team's profiles with minimal disruption to your workday. We adapt the setup to your brand identity, using your choice of backdrop colour, outdoor location, or your office environment. A 15-to-20-minute window per person ensures relaxed, warm, and professional portraits. Most importantly, everyone selects their favourite images from a curated online gallery, so they are completely happy with the results.

    • Space required: Approximately 3x3 meters

    • Base inclusion: 4 team members and mobile studio setup

    • Deliverables: 2 final edited photos per person (Delivered in both colour and black-and-white)

    • Additional team members:

      • 5 to 19 people: +$130 ex. GST per additional person

      • 20+ people: +$120 ex. GST per additional person

    • Additional photos: $45 each

    • Licensing: Unlimited single business commercial license for corporate marketing, print, and digital profiles

How does it work?

  • All photoshoots include a through initial discussion - we’ll talk through your business culture and how you’d like your headshots to look, along with setting a date for the photo shoot. We’ll create a plan for your shoot to minimise any disruptions. You’ll also receive a PDF guide with tips to help you prepare and feel confident in front of the camera.

  • We’ll meet either on location or at your workplace. For team studio lighting setups, it usually takes around 20 minutes to get everything ready and tested. Before the shoot, we’ll create a full schedule together to make sure the day flows smoothly. Our aim is to help you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera, capturing headshots that reflect who you are and how you would like your audience to see you.

  • After the shoot, the best RAW (unedited) photographs from your photo shoot will be available via an online gallery one week from your photoshoot. Here you can easily select your favourites to be edited in detail. Editing includes:

    • Natural skin retouching

    • Hair flyaway correction

    • Colour balancing

    • Overall image enhancement

    Any specific editing requests you might have can also be included at this time.

  • Your edited photos will be delivered in digital formats suitable for both screens and printing. Please note that all photoshoots are subject to terms.
